December 12th, vice governor Xia Geng led the Provincial Department of commerce related comrades in Qingdao meat and vegetables circulation retrospective monitoring center on-site research and discussion. Qingdao municipal government deputy mayor Sun Lijie, deputy secretary general Wan Jianzhong and the city of Commerce, food and medicine, industry and commerce departments responsible comrades reported meat traceability system circulation operation, construction of commercial circulation legislation and domestic circulation comprehensive reform pilot work.
Vice governor Xia Geng gave full affirmation to the circulation and traceability system of meat and vegetables in Qingdao, and required the exchange of relevant experience and practice in the province, and made demands for the next step. First, we should further promote the circulation of meat and vegetable traceability system, focusing on improving the traceability system coverage to increase efforts to better protect the safety of public consumption.
